Who controls your data

Quick Know AI Ltd is the data controller for Quick Know AI. Quick Know AI is operated by Quick Know AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17322291. Registered office: 30 Latchett Road, London, E18 1DJ, United Kingdom. You can contact us about privacy at support@quickknow.ai.

What we collect

• Account and authentication information — your email address and a securely managed password, held by our authentication provider. We do not store card details.
• Business-profile information — the details you choose to save so prompts can be tailored to you.
• Progress and recent activity — which workflows you open and complete. This is stored locally in your browser to power your progress and achievements; it is not synced across your devices.
• Payment information — for paid Plus subscriptions, payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe helps us process card payments, invoices, subscription renewals and billing management, and we receive only limited billing information, such as your plan and subscription status. We never store your full card number.
• Support communications — any messages you send us.

Why we process it

We process this information to create and secure your account, authenticate you, provide the workflows and content available to you, remember your saved profile and progress, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.

Lawful bases

We rely on performance of our agreement with you to provide the Service you have signed up for, and on our legitimate interests in keeping the Service secure, working and improving. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Service, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment processing for paid Plus subscriptions) and Resend (delivery of account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password reset). They process data on our behalf to deliver the Service.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to ask us to correct or delete it, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@quickknow.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
