Email support@quickknow.ai with your question. Please include your account email and, if something looks wrong, the page address and a screenshot — it helps us fix things faster. We aim to reply within one working day.
Forgot your password?
Go to the log in page and choose Forgot your password? Enter your email and we'll send a link to set a new one. The link expires after a short time, so use it soon, and check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If you get stuck, email support@quickknow.ai and we'll help.
Billing and payments
Quick Know AI is free to start, and Quick Know Plus is live. If you subscribe, you can manage your subscription — update your card, view invoices or cancel — from billing management in your account, and any billing question can go to support@quickknow.ai.
