1. Who we are
Quick Know AI ("the Service") provides guided AI workflows for work, business and everyday life. The Service is operated by Quick Know AI Ltd. Quick Know AI is operated by Quick Know AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17322291. Registered office: 30 Latchett Road, London, E18 1DJ, United Kingdom. 2. The service
Quick Know AI provides plain-English, guided AI workflows, prompts, examples, templates and practical next steps. You take the prompts into your own AI tool (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini). It offers practical guidance and is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice. You remain responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before you use it.
3. Third-party AI tools
Quick Know AI does not provide the AI tools you use the prompts with, and does not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability or output of those third-party tools. Your use of any AI tool is subject to that provider's own terms.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate details and do not share your login.
5. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully. Do not resell or redistribute the content, attempt to bypass access controls, or otherwise misuse the Service.
6. Plans and access
Quick Know AI offers a free plan and a paid subscription, Quick Know AI Plus. The Free plan gives you a set of starter workflows at no cost, with no card required, and lets you browse the full catalogue. Quick Know AI Plus unlocks the complete approved library. What each plan includes may be added to or changed over time. Some users take part in the Service as beta testers with complimentary full access; beta access is not a paid subscription and is provided free of charge.
7. Subscriptions, payment and renewal
Quick Know AI Plus can be paid monthly at £5.99 per month, or annually as a single payment of £49 for the year. Subscriptions are recurring: a monthly plan is charged each month and an annual plan is charged once a year, and each renews automatically at the end of its period until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your card details. If we change a price, we will tell you before the change affects you.
8. Cancellation, failed payments and refunds
You can cancel at any time through billing management or by contacting support@quickknow.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals; if you cancel, your Quick Know AI Plus access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then returns to the Free plan; your saved progress is not deleted. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and your paid access may be paused or your account moved to Free. Refund requests can be sent to support@quickknow.ai and will be reviewed case by case. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under England and Wales consumer law.
9. Intellectual property
The Quick Know AI platform, including its workflows, prompts, templates and other content, belongs to Quick Know AI Ltd or its licensors and is provided for your own use within the Service. The information and content you submit, and the outputs you create using your own AI tools, remain yours.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Quick Know AI Ltd is not liable for losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where we reasonably need to protect the Service or other users. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
12. Changes and contact
