1. Who we are
Quick Know AI ("the Service") is a free beta service. You can contact us at support@quickknow.ai.
2. The service
Quick Know AI provides plain-English, guided AI workflows, prompts, examples, templates and practical next steps. You take the prompts into your own AI tool (for example ChatGPT or Claude). It offers practical guidance and is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice. You remain responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before you use it.
3. Third-party AI tools
Quick Know AI does not provide the AI tools you use the prompts with, and does not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability or output of those third-party tools. Your use of any AI tool is subject to that provider's own terms.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate details and do not share your login.
5. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully. Do not resell or redistribute the content, attempt to bypass access controls, or otherwise misuse the Service.
6. Beta access
Quick Know AI is currently offered as a free beta. Access may change during the beta, and features may be added, changed or removed. Paid checkout is not currently available; if paid plans are introduced later, their terms will be described here before any charge is made.
7. Intellectual property
The Quick Know AI platform, including its workflows, prompts, templates and other content, belongs to Quick Know AI or its licensors and is provided for your own use within the Service. The information and content you submit, and the outputs you create using your own AI tools, remain yours.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, Quick Know AI is not liable for losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
